It’s your responsibility to make sure you and your friends sign up in time and consult the practical details ahead of the event; we won't be able to make any exceptions.
The gala is reserved for 2024 graduates.
Registration deadline: 13 May 2024 (subject to availability).
Don't delay! For logistical reasons, we will no longer be able to accept bookings after this date.

GALA ENTRY
WRISTBAND MANDATORY
Collect your wristband during the graduation ceremony at the Glaz Arena (15/06/2024): go to the "Gala Party" desk on presentation of your registration confirmation received by e-mail.
If you lose your wristband, we will not be able to provide you with another one and you will be refused entry to the venue.
RATES
49€ per person, to be paid when you register and including: return shuttle transfer, cocktail reception, 7 alcoholic drinks tickets, soft drinks with free access, entertainment, dance party until 4:30.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
1 accompanying person per graduate, at the same rate of €49.
You can register and pay for your accompanying person's place when you book. ATTENTION: Registration closes on 13 MAY 2024, also for accompanying persons.

ACCESS TO THE GALA
GETTING THERE
Shuttles will be available to take you to the venue. ATTENTION, the ONLY departure time is 8.30pm.
Two pick-up points:
- the Glaz Arena at 8.30 pm
- the Place Charles de Gaulle (at the bus stop near the Liberté venue) at 8.30 pm
For security reasons, access to the Château will be by shuttle bus only. No private cars will be allowed on site, except to drop you off.
RETURN
The return shuttles will only serve Rennes city centre.

SAFETY
For reasons of responsibility, no alcohol that you brought yourself or illicit substances will be tolerated on site. The school will be obliged to expel anyone who does not comply with this directive.
The Gala is your last opportunity to celebrate your years of study together and we have worked hard to offer you a unique evening. Please play along and help us preserve this moment. We also want you to be able to enjoy it to the full.
VIGIPIRATE PLAN
All access to the Château d'Apigné without a Gala wristband will be refused (no distribution will be made at the Château d'Apigné).
